剧情介绍

　2130年，受第三次世界大战的影响，日本各地均出现了被称为“BS（Black Spot）”的巨大污染区域。“BS”被作为废墟用巨大墙壁隔离，然而不久，这荒芜的大地出现了居民。他们被住在“城市（City）”里的人称为“无用者（Needless）”，而当中也有特殊能力者存在。
